The Seventh Avenue Neighborhood Association is a volunteer non-profit organization established to serve as a focal point for community information. We work together for the enrichment and betterment of the community.

Our 2026 Meeting Schedule
SANA encourages ALL neighbors--including homeowners, renters, business owners, etc.--to attend our General Membership meetings. Be sure to introduce yourself to the board and to your neighbors; every interaction helps us build a stronger sense of community, and a stronger voice with the City.
In 2026, our Annual Membership meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday October 21, at 6pm. Please check here to confirm the date and time, as we can only reserve meeting space 6-8 weeks in advance. Additionally, we will schedule and hold periodic meetings as important City and neighborhood issues arise.

Meetings are typically held at the Good Shepherd Church on 7th Avenue or the Good Shepherd School on the 600 block of Elizabeth St.
In the event of inclement weather, we may hold a virtual meeting. In those instances, we will post Zoom details to this page and will send to our email subscribers, so be sure to subscribe!

New and Noteworthy
The East Seventh Avenue Neighborhood is a special treasure for residents and the greater Denver community. On any given day, you'll see runners and walkers on their daily constitutional, cyclists commuting to work, mothers and fathers pushing strollers, and dog owners out with their furry friends. The green emerald in the midst of a growing city, the Parkway's leafy canopy and beautiful gardens are a delight to the community.

Traffic and Transportation CommitteeFollowing two major traffic accidents and an increase in drivers using the Parkway as a cut-through to avoid more congested roads, SANA is leading the charge to push through tighter traffic controls.
